Serves as a primary resource for sales and account management teams to understand content / product offerings, business policies, commissions, order processing, credits, promotions, incentives and procedures and assists in problem solving all issues.
When necessary and appropriate, communicates pricing and product information to customers directly.
Consults with management on the effect of policies and procedures on business goals and assists in developing and implementing policy and procedure changes in a fair and consistent manner.
Completes administrative tasks as directed by Sales Operations management, which may include reviewing customer facing collateral material.
Maintains and enhances internal Sales related communication systems.
Conducts product, policy and sales tool training to sales professionals regarding content, pricing, and promotions.
Serves as a consultant on best practices and knowledge sharing related to new products and promotions.
May provide logistical support for national and regional sales meetings and other events as needed.
