As our Account Strategist in São Paulo, you’ll be key to retain and grow a wide range of existing business coming from various industries and to develop a strategic partnership across Criteo’s products.

Everyday You Will

  • Provide guidance and advice to your large clients, talking directly to them, mainly to understand how we can help them achieving a specific goal or just to provide any assistance
  • Monitoring, optimizing & reporting campaign performances to advertisers.
  • Help the clients to identify growth opportunities within current existing business portfolio
  • Help on solving any client issue / bug on campaign : troubleshooting issues and liaising and working closely with Business Intelligence and Technical Solutions team to go deeper
  • Work on Advertiser Analysis and campaigns Optimization
  • Analyze data from multiple sources, you’ll learn how to detect problems with the performance of our campaigns, and suggest improvements that will have immediate impact
  • Use your knowledge of our products to initiate internal discussions that will present actionable insights to teams and clients
  • Be responsible for managing and maintaining the smooth running of our campaigns (this involves making sure that the campaigns, budgets and ad sets are correctly configured and updated, and validating the setup of new campaigns)
  • Manage side projects that have a team impact. Drives those with autonomy. These are of mid-complexity.
  • Guide on client's digital strategy and educate advertisers on Criteo's technology across channels and devices, and being able to articulate that to different stakeholders within the client company.
  • You are credible and seen as a trusted advisor.

    Contribute to the team's success by :

  • Improving tools and internal processes : you will take part in creation of tools to automate and improve certain tasks (Ex : monitoring of performance, identifying opportunities)
  • Helping build Case-studies : You will collect information and build customized case-studies for clients
  • Be open to coaching and mentoring by your peers who have experience on working with larger clients. Proactively work on developing your strengths.
  • You may mentor newcomers or be a buddy to other team members based on your interests and / or areas of strengths.

    Who you are

  • You have previous experience in problem solving end to end (and LOVE it)
  • You have good analytical skills and love understanding how things work (you LOVE connecting the dots)
  • You are interested in analysis, statistics and data
  • As for our dream candidate

  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of DSP ecosystem and Video campaigns.
  • Experience and passion for working with Excel, analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to understand a complex technological environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with persuasive verbal and written communication expertise.
  • Ability to act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to action.
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry, including knowledge of the underlying technology, major companies and research.
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and contributing to team success.
  • Strong organization, time management, project management skills.
  • Experience problem-solving and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and workstreams with minimal direction with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to write and speak Portuguese and English fluently.
  • Details orientated and good team player.
