What will you do :
Full ownership and lead of tasks from Business Development Manager
Daily track of main business KPIs : identifying gaps / increases, generating insights / hypothesises & testing them aiming to improve general business performance
Gather and analyse data using : Google Spreadsheets, tableau, swrve, data studio
It is important that candidate is goal-oriented, proactive with solid communication skills communicative and very self-dependent.
What we expect from you :
Analytical mindset, experience in working and analysing data
Proficiency in Excel / Google sheets
Fluent English - Upper-Intermediate and higher (must)
Experience in CustDev marketing research and field surveys
Well structured approach to problem solving, ability to generate hypothesis and test them quickly
Knowledge and experience project management, business development and / or product development
Ability to conduct MVP
Readiness for business trips inside the country (20-25%) and overseas (rarely)
Experience in aggregators or marketplaces (b2c and b2b) will be a strong advantage.
