Job Description

Lead the S&OP process influencing throughout the company and levels to guarantee the alignment in all areas and functions driven by a unique number and strategy.

Besides that, lead the demand planning process being responsible for an accuracy forecast with Sales, Marketing, Trade and Finance inputs and consequently cascade these plan to Operations team.

  • Lead the monthly and quarterly S&OP process, coordinate all the meetings with Sales, Trade, Marketing, Finance and Operations to deliver a collaborative process that achieve a consensus plan that deliver the expects business results.
  • Support the weekly S&OE process that track the daily and weekly execution and make the correct decision to change the route, if need, to guarantee the S&OP achievement.
  • Develop the demand forecast in a multiple aggregation for the short and long term (8 weeks to 6 months).
  • Cascade the plan throughout Opeations Team, allowing the Supply Chain to plan how to meet the forecast alingned.
  • Cascade the S&OP plan throughout the whole Company and guarantee the correct alignment and that the company is following just one number (from S&OP to Sales Target and Finance Forecast).
  • Influence Sales, Marketing, Trade, Operations and Finance to share their knowledge and activities efficiently to achieve a optimized consensus forecast and inspires commitment from them.
  • Sustain the tools, system and process with integraty and quality to achieve the targets and support all the process correctly.
  • Monitor the KPIs, Building Blocks Pos Audit and Reports to define the action plans to improve them.

    Qualifications / Requirements

    1. Graduate in Business Administration, Engineering, Economy, Statistic and related

    2. Experience in Supply Chain, specially in Planning, and has a hard knowledge of S&OP process and it’s impact in the organization

    3. Use excel and power point

    4. Strategical and analytical thinking

    5. Results oriented

    6. Strong leadership and a good interpersonal relationship

    7. Collaborative and influencer
