AMARO is seeking a dynamic and globally minded Development Manager to oversee a multidisciplinary development team : Back-

end, Front-end, Mobile, QA and ERP. You will report directly to the CTO and be part of the company's management team.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor and continue to build an amazing team of smart, highly skilled multidisciplinary development team (Back End, Front End, Mobile and ERP).
  • Career development and guidance will be an integral activity of this position.

  • Passionately drive results, through innovative thinking
  • Demonstrated success in leading a team on a tech and data driven organization
  • Interact with Product team to ensure business needs are met.
  • Guarantee top quality software development.
  • Help identify and hire top talent developers.
  • Qualifications :

  • BS in Computer Science or relevant technical area
  • Proven software engineering experience
  • At least 3 years experience leading multidisciplinary development teams
  • Proven experience leading agile teams using modern agile methodologies
  • Have worked in a digital company that strives to disrupt the market and often itself
  • Personality :

  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Hands-on visionary : you think big, craft a compelling vision for your department and are able convince others to follow you
  • Master of multiple domains : you bridge the gap between business, technology and people
