Job Responsibilities :
Work directly with clients to obtain clear and unambiguous functional requirements for their software needs.
Create precise documentation of prioritized functional requirements that can be signed off by the client and directly be converted to test plans.
Liaise with FICO’s technical resource to assist them in delivery of the technical specification.
Configure the FICO products using the appropriate application or 3rd party tooling as required.
Understand, translate, and communicate both business and technical objectives from multiple perspectives including client view, internal development view, and operational and support view.
Exercise judgment in selecting the appropriate methods, techniques and tools to meet objectives, seeking out clarification and examples when necessary.
Constantly contribute and implement ideas for process improvements, more efficient use of resources, product enhancements, and improved communications and issue-resolution.
Participate in quality assurance test planning, technical publications authoring and review, system design sessions, implementation planning and other phases of software development lifecycle as needed.
Responsible for testing phases and supporting of the testing phases for the project. This will involve tracking and identification of project issues through use of troubleshooting skills.
Provide a strong client advocate representing client business objectives, limitations, priorities, risks.
Education Required : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Advanced experience in hands-on technical role working with operating systems, databases, application servers.
Willing to travel 50% internationally and domestically.
Advanced English and Spanish language required.
Experience gathering business requirements from clients preferred.
Experience working directly with clients and communicating with technical and non-technical audiences preferred.
