AIG Brazil has an opening position for a professional who will lead the distribution of all products and be responsible for AIG’s relationship with the International Brokers, Captive Brokers and Clients, in Sao Paulo.
The role of the Lead will be to successfully work horizontally across the internal organization and the above-mentioned Brokers and Clients, in order to deliver customer-centric solutions to our valued clients.

As a Broker and Client Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for developing and execute business strategies, goals and translating those strategies into meaningful outcomes and business results.
In this position, you’ll also liaise with other business managers located at our Sales Offices, that play a Corporate role with these brokers.
Your deep and broad industry knowledge allows you to foresee external conditions that could potentially affect AIG’s future.
Responsible for the development of strategic plans with the Global Brokers and Corporate Clients as well as the execution of these plans.
Liaise with external market and client base to build a dedicated strategy aimed at serving the needs of our customers.

To be successful, the role requires the integration across all lines of business and the functional areas, as well as directly with the brokers and clients themselves.
The successful applicant for this role will be one that satisfies the criteria to hit the ground running in managing the relationship with Global Brokers and Clients, designing and execute strategies, broker plans, impact accounts management, education sessions to broker and clients and corporate events.
