  • To develop growth plans in various market segments. - The assignment includes securing and prioritizing activities crucial to reach and deliver on the growth objectives of the defined geographical region.
  • To coordinate segment.application specific development initiatives. - Translate sales and market growth objectives into executable plans through clearly identified actions.
  • To develop pricing analysis & cost benefits comparison to company's competitors. - Conduct sales calls. - Build relationships with key decision makers.
  • Develop clear understanding of customer's needs. - Investigate & resolve claims issues. - Identify & develop new customers.
  • Obtain and disseminate customer feedback to the appropriate personnel within the Group. - Conduct seminars & presentations.
  • Business development in new market segments. To sell products and maintain relationships with customers and within company.

  • Proven negotiation skills. - High energy and high-level business development skills. - Demonstrate ability to work independently.
