This position is open to application for people with disabilities (PCD) About the job This role is a high-level management position focusing on the architecture and operation of all Technical Infrastructure, including voice and data networks, on premise and cloud based application platforms and incident management across the LATAM area.
This role is responsible for bridging the strategic objectives to tactical technical execution and will work closely with the global team business stakeholders to deliver highly available, scalable, and secure technical Infrastructure services, both on premises and in the cloud, to support rapid growth business.

The successful applicant BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.
Master’s degree in related preferred. Strong experience managing SRE / DevOPS or infrastructure teams working on large-scale systems.
Experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects.
Experience managing multiple managers and leading a distributed team, thorough understanding of modern software development practices, infrastructure as code, CI / CD and DevOps practices, and design principles for SaaS applications and micro services.
