This role is responsible for the establishment and enablement of a data-driven decision-making culture across global HR.
Designs and delivers user-centric dashboards, predictive models, and ad-hoc analyses in service of key business needs. Makes recommendations to influence key strategic business decisions and uses creative thinking to contribute to the development of the People Analytics strategy.
Essential Responsible Areas :
Adoption and Culture Enablement
Required : Proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs; Advanced Word, Excel and Powerpoint experience.
Preferred : Advanced knowledge in SuccessFactors tools including Table, Canvas, People Stories and Workforce Analytics.
