Materials Planner 3-Mfg&Dist Preferred Qualifications Department Description : PASS is part of the Data Center Services group.

The team is accountable for the inventorycontrol, asset management, and logistic operations for OCI specific sites. Detailed Description : Ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review.

Ensures import-export compliance, parts availability, and material handling compliance. Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy.

Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry. Ensures global trade compliance with site to site and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation,process and procedure verification, and system review.

Compiles anddocuments all transactions for data entry. Ensures global trade compliancewith site to site shipments. Specific Duties & Responsibilities : + Accountable for raising purchasing orders in accordance with the agreed forecast.

Requesting approval for any deviations from the forecast.+ Accountable for large scale movements with Global Freight and Warehouse.

  • Responsible for creation, updating and distribution of site reports.+ Ensure Reverse Supply Chain Operations processes that targets are met for sustainability initiative.
  • Provide guidance in regards to the withdrawal and replacement of parts that need to be upgraded or scrapped.+ Accountable and Responsible for receiving of inventory by tracking of inbound shipments and coordinating receipt.
  • Accountable for return material authorizations (RMA) compliance and conformance to service level agreements.+ Travel for new region builds and provide logistics and inventory support.
  • Managing of inventory onsite.+ Enforcing compliance policies for lifecycle asset management.+ Maintain site logistic details in team collaboration system.
  • Participate on team projects when needed.+ Monitor metrics and report out to ensure region conformance to service level agreements.
  • Experience / Skills : + Bachelor's Degree preferred from relevant field in Supply Chain Planning or relevant experience.

  • CPIM - Certified in Production and Inventory Management preferred.+ Self-motivator, able to identify and develop opportunities through to completion.
  • Basic knowledge of physical IT infrastructures.+ Knowledge of commercial invoices and harmonized codes.+ Ability to prioritize workload across wide ranging activities.
  • Ability to work on own initiative with minimal to no supervision.+ Able to communicate at various levels across Oracle and externally with suppliers and vendors.
  • Flexible Team player, receptive to change with a "can do" attitude.+ Detail oriented.+ Excellent communication skills.+ Analytical with an inquisitive nature.
  • Good spreadsheet skills are required Job Requirements : Work is non-routine and can be complex, involving the application of advanced technical / business skills in area of specialization.
  • 2 years' relevant work experience. Detailed Description and Job Requirements Responsible for shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts supplies, and equipment.

    Includes material planning and scheduling.Responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring the movement of material through the production cycle to ensure availability for customer orders.

    Coordinates the manufacture of new products at approved suppliers. Creates purchase orders and resolves invoice issues. Continuous assessment of manufacturing processes to ensure cost effectiveness and efficiency.

    Meets with suppliers to ensure highest quality product deliveries within established lead times. Maintains accurate data for purchasing, bill of material, and inventory management.

    Verifies assembled products conform to defined specifications.Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment.

    May have project lead role. 5 years experience preferably in supplier management. B.S. degree. Strong attention to detail.

    Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
