We're looking for a Web Production & Optimisation Associate, who will primarily focus on increasing the conversion rate of our pages.
You will be responsible for improving, refining, and optimising key landing destinations through rigorous and iterative testing and experimentation to improve the conversion rate.
As a member of the LATAM Growth Marketing team, you will be supporting all the SEO, Paid Media, and CRO projects. This position sits at the intersection of marketing, UX, SEO, and experimentation and will be crucial in helping this team maximize marketing performance and spend.
This role will be critical in helping us define a strategy of how our pages are built and deployed to improve the conversion rates.
It reports into the LATAM Growth Marketing team in Sao Paulo, while working closely with the Global Web Team (mostly based out of San Francisco).
What you will do
Work with regional marketing leadership to understand local business goals and challenges and develop and execute proposals to leverage the website to meet those goals.
In collaboration with HQ Web Team, develop and manage the roadmap for updates and improvements to regional websites to ensure the content and user experience are optimised for local audiences.
Collaborate with HQ SEO Manager to develop and execute SEO strategy for regional websites to maximize traffic and leads from organic search.
Project manage changes to regional websites, including responding to local stakeholder requests, facilitating reviews with local stakeholders, managing project schedules, and coordinating with HQ Web Team.
Help align projects from concept through development, QA, staging, and production deployment.
Update regional websites in collaboration with HQ Web Team, including publishing local resources such as blogs, events, reports, etc.
Collaborate with HQ Localisation team to ensure that all translated content for the website is optimised for the local audience.
Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of regional websites.
