    Mondelez International is looking for vacancy : Marketing Manager Seasonal & Gifting Chocolate Position Purpose Marketing Manager for Seasonal and Gifting for entire Chocolate portfolio.

    The role is responsible for end to end seasonal strategy (including Easter) leading these brands, the development of strategic plans as well as annual planning to achieve short long-

    term results. Also, accountable for developing Mdlz strategy to enter in gifting segment. Accountable for P&L and share performance. Main Responsibilities

  • Development of marketing plans and implementation to achieve P&L & Share targets (AC).
  • Responsible for Brazil business, with different brand, portfolio and sales model. Looking for synergies and simplification across chocolate portfolio, delivering Brazil business targets.
  • Lead integrated business planning for Seasonal (Easter, Christmas, etc) - full portfolio.
  • Lead integrated business planning for Gifting : market segmentation, portfolio recommendation, launching business case.
  • Risk anticipation and contingency plans development for Seasonal (War Room leadership).
  • Execute brand equity and positioning plans with strong influence on brand strategic pillars definition.
  • Manage local agencies work (advertising, digital, PR, BTL, POS).
  • High level of influence and peer relationship with multifunctional teams local and regional (Sales, Trade mktg, finance, operations, Innovation, Equity, R&D, CIS).
  • Responsible for influence and engage commercial team and market stakeholders.
  • Responsible for managing and develop direct reports focusing on achieving brand targets while inspiring them and supporting their careers development.
  • Academic knowledge

  • Appropriate degree.
  • Working knowledge

  • Advanced knowledge in marketing.
  • Solid knowledge with P&L Management, and Brand Strategy.
  • Abilities

  • People Management skills.
  • Strong ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Marketing Skills : communication, innovation, activation, POS.
  • Project Management.
