CSG Systems Integration Group is currently hiring Software Development Engineers to develop leading edge applications. The group is made of highly motivated individuals that represent some of the best talent in the industry.

Key Areas of Responsibility :
A passion for technology and its use to solve business problems in a timely and robust manner.
Ability to work within a cross functional Agile team to develop new components in a highly iterative fashion. Involves close collaboration with product owners and QA.
Develop critical components that make up CSG’s core product using AWS, .NET, C# and Java.
Provides Level 2 Support to customers - resolving technical issues / error messages encountered by customers in a live production environment.
Appropriately handling all customer issues including troubleshooting and providing feedback to the customer.
Resolve complex technical issues.
Perform under minimal supervision on significant assignments.
Ensure compliance with SLAs and OLAs
Works in different business times (1PM to 10PM) and on-call 24hs / 7 days (negotiable).
Shift work, Stand by support and working on weeknights / weekends / public holidays is required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
For .Net Dev : C#
For Java : Java 6 or superior
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a technically related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in software development required.
Willingness / availability for after-hours and nigh shifts support when needed.
English verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively convey and clarify complex information.

Knowledge of Multi-tiered, relational database architectures with UNIX, Oracle and Windows as the primary operating environments.
Accountable for professional working behavior to include; building and maintaining constructive working relationships, implementing proactive and concise communication, acting as a resource to colleagues, and engaging in collaborative thinking and problem solving while demonstrating CSG’s core competencies and values.
Available for international and domestic travel when needed.
Works independently and knows when to request assistance, code reviews, or design guidance from senior members of the team.
