    Mondelez International is looking for vacancy : Traditional Trade Cross Category Activation Senior Manager.

    Position Purpose

    Lead the category and channel plans deployment within the channel (by customer), driving the execution and tracking activities implementation, aiming to deliver Channel Revenue, SOM and Numerical Distribution targets.

    Main Responsibilities

    Guarantee the adherence of Category and Sales plans with the market needs, by influencing and providing good quality of input during the planning phase.

    Ensure the appropriate prioritization, deployment and execution of the category plans within the sales channels.

    Ensure the properly communication of the Quarterly plans, on time and with quality.

    Disciplined track the plans and programs execution, providing the correct visibility to the categories on-time.

    Manage the Trade Incentives and A&C budgets owned by CCA, to efficiently fund channel promotions and programs.

    Evaluate channel and customer plans ROI aiming to leverage best practices and adjust underperforming activities.

    Capture and act over category opportunities at Traditional Trade channel.

    Own the market intelligence regarding Traditional Trade channels : channels / customers trend, competitors, etc.

    Organize and lead the team driving the performance agenda to meet channel targets and develop the people individually and as a team to sustain future pipeline.

    Actively participate in business meetings with customers to deploy the plans and capture insights / opportunities, as well as in Trade associations as ABAD.


    Bachelor degree in Business Administration needed, MBA preferred

    Working Knowledge

    Strong Trade Marketing background

    Strong Traditional Trade (Sales or Trade Marketing) background

    Strong knowledge in management experience in Sales or Trade Marketing in large CPG companies

    Advanced English

    Ability to lead and manage Trade Marketing agenda from strategy to execution

    Communication skills
