The Recruiter works with a team of recruiters, sourcers and recruiting coordinators focusing in the areas of candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, strategy development and will act as client lead for supported groups.
They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements.
The Client Lead Recruiter will :
Educate stakeholders on the recruiting process, external science demographic and set expectations of how businesses / hiring teams need to participate as well as best practices.
Partner with sourcers to build effective passive candidate sourcing strategies.
Ability to display data in a simple format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Manage the allocation, observe trends that could affect the ability to meet the demand, and create strategies to get back on track.
Monitor the vacancies, pipeline, allocation, funnel conversion, time to fill, diversity, and quality of hire.
Provide oversight of the interviewer pool and work with Hiring Managers if additional participation or course correction required.
Ensure we are consistent across the org with streamlining science recruiting process from phone interview to onsite.
Utilize market data and trends to guide the business with opportunities that could address their needs faster.
Report insights to the business stakeholders on metrics, measurements, and status of performance indicators.
Utilize analytics to anticipate roadblocks and problem solve the challenges.
Lead special research projects / recruiting initiatives.
Represent Operations Technology at conferences and academic events.
Participate in pre-briefs, onsite interviews and debriefs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree
Corporate and or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting or Amazon experience
Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
CTS / ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
Fluent in English and Portuguese

Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
