Responsibilities and Skills :
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools.
Demonstrated experience in test framework design and development.
Experience with test scenarios, test cases, test scripts and defect logging.
Experience in working on testing activities like test execution, test metrics, RCA, UAT and Regression test, test effort estimate, test evidences.
To elaborate and / or update Test Scenarios in a clear and objective way, that guarantee the widest possible scope of the product, needing the occasional support of more experienced Analysts.
Execute tests scripts of the Projects.
Record the defects found during the tests and monitor their evolution within the development cycle, ensuring their correctness in the retests.
Elaborate and model the test cases and scripts, using appropriate test techniques for each phase worked, so that a more experienced or less experienced tester can use and guarantee the quality of the company's products.
Desired Skills :
Experience with automated testing.
Experience with relational databases (Oracle or PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with Agile methodology.
Familiarity with BDD (Behavior-driven development).
Code version control : GIT.
Test management tools : Jira and HPQC (HP Quality Center)
Other Skills :
Enthusiasm for new methodologies, and ability to independently learn and assess them.
Good communications skills, both written and verbal.
Good team-working skills.
