What You’ll Do
The Director International eCommerce Strategy GTS will work to oversee and strategize the performance of an important part of our overall vision, leading implementation of new business models and creating business cases for new projects and approaches to build and scale the business.
You will articulate the vision and potential, set criteria for success and mobilize cross functional and senior stakeholders to invest time, resources and effort.
You will own the strategy, partnering cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, IT, Ops, Product etc. to develop ideas & lead execution. In addition :
This includes collaborating with IT, Finance, Marketing, Sales & Operations to enable execution, build consumer centric experiences and optimize value creation for the consumer and Stanley Black and Decker.
Who You Are You’re an emotionally intelligent, tenacious problem solver who can bring big ideas to life working in connection with commercial teams.
You’re creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization and a myriad of stakeholders with ease. You’re known as a developer of people employing a variety of approaches to support a diverse team of people across regions and at various stages of their careers while keeping them focused on delivering top-notch customer experiences, always.
