Mondelez International is looking for vacancy : Coordinator Commercial Finance Brazil.
Be a key partner of Sales teams (with focus on Traditional Trade and New Channels) by providing useful, timely and accurate information / support aiming Mondelez' sustainable profitable growth across customers, channels and categories.
Additionally, be a keeper of internal Price / G2N policies and controls by ensuring proper compliance throughout the organization.
Support and advise Traditional Trade, Pharma & New Channels and RTM commercial teams
Support and provide relevant information to Finance Team
Analyze and provide recommendations on contracts with customers before / during negotiations, as well as control / approve contract terms and payments
Ensure compliance to policies and controls
Work on continuous improvement initiatives (processes, systems etc.)
Prepare monthly Net Revenue results by Channel and detailed results by customer / channel.
Analyze results, understand drivers and propose actions to improve top and bottom line performances
Consolidate, validate and report Sales KPIs to the Global Dashboard
Provide financial inputs and analysis for monthly Sales Reviews
Participate in the IBP (TT Market Meetings) as representative of Commercial Finance
Prepare / analyze current quarter's forecast
Provide monthly update of current quarter top line Outlook to FP&A (figures and drivers)
Prepare business case and get approval of additional course-corrective G2N during ongoing quarter
Lead Sales OVH official budget process (AC, MF and SF), as well as monthly updates
Provide visibility of figures and drivers to Sales and Finance teams on a timely basis.
Proactively identify and manage opps and risks
Lead and prepare ARs to support restructuring initiatives
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering
Solid knowledge in Finance, preferably in Financial Planning for Sales function, in multinational companies
Strong knowledge in Finance / Controlling / Accounting
Strong business acumen, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to influence cross-functional team members
