Amazon’s Other Hardlines ISM team is looking for a talented In-Stock Manager who will be responsible for supporting categories such as Automotive, Kitchen, Toys, Home, Home Improvement, Tools, Sports, Outdoors and others.

In this role you will work to improve forecasting, product availability and operational excellence with our vendors, creating the earth's greatest shopping experience on Amazon a store featuring more products, brands, & more compelling content than any store, online or off!

Your Responsibilities :

  • Deliver maximum product availability in the Other Hardlines categories within budgeted inventory targets through effective end-to-end management of the supply chain.
  • Work with vendor managers and other team members on expanding selection, forecasting, executing promotional campaigns, and optimizing sourcing.
  • Drive system / process improvements working with technical teams, vendor operations, and inventory management.
  • Prepare and analyze metrics to improve efficiency and drive in-stock management, inventory replenishment, overstock inventory decisions, and operations processes.
  • Be a leader beyond Other Hardlines' categories by giving user input to engineering teams across Amazon as they work to continuously improve systems and processes necessary for efficiency and growth.
  • Manage large scale catalogue selection, be solution-oriented & able to integrate strong and clear data analysis and business rationale into sound decision making.
  • Manage multiple projects prioritizing, planning and delegating appropriate tasks.
  • Be a passionate about the categories and customer advocate within Amazon.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar Supply Chain / Operations discipline
  • Highly analytical individual, flexible, action and results oriented, self-starting, and comfortable with computer databases and tools.
  • Strong ownership, data analysis, problem solving and project management skills
  • 3+ years experience in supply chain, inventory management, retail and / or consulting project management experience
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Experience with purchasing or inventory management in e-commerce or retail
  • Experience leading projects to improve processes
  • Lead new features and systems implementations
  • The right candidate thrives in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel
  • Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
  • Business Reporting / SQL experience
