POSITION SUMMARY :
The Service Desk Technician provides the first contact (level 1) for so-called support submitted to the Service Desk by phone, email, chat or tickets.
The service will be conducted based on procedures and technical documentation Service Desk and must meet established service levels.
Educational background : Associate’s Degree
Experience in the area : 0-2 years
Specific knowledge and skills : Training in Information Technology or related fields, Intermediate English, Intermediate Spanish, communication skill, the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, Knowledge in IT.
