Position Description

  • Day to day work involves helping the chapter with the communications for the Brazil Chapter, helping to create invites, announcements, newsletters, social media posts, and manage contact lists in our platforms.
  • Provide event support by managing event logistics including sourcing and managing suppliers.
  • Update data in Salesforce and pull analyses to support the team to make better decisions on membership management.
  • Provide general support for our ongoing initiatives, supporting the team on other various administrative, operations and HR activities.
  • Each day will be different, but this role will provide exposure to a wide variety of skills, and skill building opportunities.

  • Six-months contract (with potential to be extended for an additional six months)
  • 30 hours a week
  • Schedules are flexible to intern’s availability
  • The work is located at Paraíso (near Paulista Avenue), with the possibility to do home-office up to one day per week

  • An undergraduate student majoring in Communication, Journalism, Marketing and Public Relations, International Relations, Business Administration or similar;
  • Has an interest to work in the entrepreneurship and social business sector;
  • Experience working with other cultures is a plus;
  • Knowledge with communication or design tools, social media management, media relations or events management it is a plus;

    The Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) is a program of the Aspen Institute. Please note, this internship is only open to individuals who are currently living in Brazil and have legal authorization to work in Brazil.

    This position is being recruited through the Aspen Institute and for its work. Candidates living outside the US (where the Aspen Institute is based) will be hired by a local partner who will serve as the employer of record.
