Job Role and Responsibilities :
Support Field Sales Inquiries related to Account, Territory and Order Management
Support sales dashboard development as well as assist sales leadership team playing a general role
Support management of Salesforce reports and other systems to ensure updated data and standard methodologies are being reported
Track critical metrics for data quality control and dedicatedly improve processes related to Pipeline, Opportunity, Order Assignment, Order Mapping and Customer Mapping activities
Support Database Management and Business Intelligence Routines
Supply to Periodic / On-demand projects for Brazil Sales Planning and GTM Strategy
Required Skills :
Languages : Portuguese (Fluent); English (Advanced Level Required); Spanish (Desired)
Academic background : Ongoing College with graduation date expected in 2 years (or more)Preferred Courses : Applied Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, Economy, Business Management / Administration, Engineering and other related courses.
Excel Proficiency (Advanced Level Required)
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Organized and shown attention to detail
Demonstrable ability to work effectively with cross-departmental teams
Analysis Driven / Process Driven
Ability to manually update large data sets and perform extensive operational activities related to data quality assurance as required
Preferred Skills :
Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
Desirable experience with Database Management and Tools (SQL / VISUAL STUDIO / ACCESS) but not mandatory
Passion for competition and the ability to maintain phenomenal working relationships with all internal and external customers
