As a Manager, you will be part of a Partners in Performance team which usually comprises one, or more, Managers, an Associate Principal and a Partner providing part time oversight.
In your role you will work on specific areas of the client operations with a client Implementation Facilitator and client analysts to accomplish the following objectives : 1.
Assist with the delivery of measurable improvements (Ideas)2. Implement the processes and systems that will sustain ongoing improvements in the future (Wiring)3.
Develop continuous improvement (CI) capabilities through extensive coaching and mentoring (Skills)4. Contribute to the building of Partners in Performance through the development of intellectual property, improving aspects of Partners in Performance’s internal efficiency (business building)5.
ensure effective prioritization of initiatives; ensure appropriate pace of implementation; and embed the CI process and wiring of the client organization to ensure sustainable high performance.
