Throughout the life cycle, we help connect field to office, EPCs with owner operators, and initial design through handover.


  • Accountable for client satisfaction by identifying client needs, anticipating future challenges and proposing value-added technology solutions to clients / prospects in an identified or new territory and / or industry.
  • Develop and documents territory / account plans that meet sales targets under the direction of sales management
  • Generate sales growth by maximizing business opportunities within existing accounts and prospecting new accounts via cold calling and following up on leads
  • Hold initial discovery and requirement gathering meetings with clients focusing on identifying business and technical drivers
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals
  • Identify solution consumption model (ROI, TCO) and create the business justification and financial models for clients
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc
  • Negotiate financial terms and facilitate negotiations for contract terms and conditions
  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate pipeline of customer opportunities
  • Use at least 50% of working time for customer interactions on a weekly basis
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Actively seek knowledge of industry trends
  • Develop and maintain appropriate industry contacts / networks
  • Education

    Engineering, IT or Business Administration degree

    Technical Skills & Knowledge

    In-depth knowledge of PPM software and solutions and the ability to map business needs to products

    Good understanding of our competitor’s solutions

    Proficient in MS Office products and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

    Proficient in applying a solution selling methodology to accounts

    Good negotiations skills


    Draw on expertise and knowledge of the industry to identify future issues for the company and its customers and initiates action to address issues

    Act effectively as a spokesperson / representative of the company

    Display patience and perseverance through long sales cycles

    Develop the most efficient and effective way to provide coverage for assigned accounts

    Conduct self professionally in all interactions, understanding and adapting to the political climate and culture that our customers operate in

    Demonstrate an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

    Demonstrate a high level of resilience and persistence - Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders in an executive level

    Execute precisely and accurately forecast opportunities


    Travel approximately 20-50%

    Languages : Portuguese, English and Spanish
