The priority will be to coach your leadership team to grow their company’s revenue and market position.
Hire, professionally develop, and retain a high-quality, high-intensity, high-integrity business leaders and functional leaders that are market current, technical, commercially and project management strong, and that can deliver sustainably improving (growth and profitability) levels of results
Working with the management team along with internal and external stakeholders, develop a long-range company vision and mission for each business, and a systematic business and product evolution roadmap to achieve it
Develop clear business plans, priorities and forecasts, and ensure short-range forecasts (net revenue and EBITA) are delivered as expected
Evolve business processes, systems and policies to ensure scalability, the availability of timely data to make the best business decisions, and to comply with regulations and corporate governance requirements.
Develop and oversee win-win relationships with key customers and partners to maximize long-term commercial success for all parties and to find creative solutions to challenges / problems as they occur;
Execute on a strong talent management process to attract and retain talent, build strong employee engagement, develop succession plans and harvest up-and-coming talent;
Provide quarterly analysis of ongoing business performance.
Continue growing the portfolio by building a pipeline of M&A prospects
What you bring to the table
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Brazilian-market experience Software / Technology C level with full financial statement accountability
Experience overseeing multiple businesses concurrently
Mergers & Acquisition experience.
MBA with a financial emphasis
Expert knowledge and success in sales, marketing, technical delivery, customer care, customer success, product or development strategies, as well as strong business acumen
Excellent communication, both orally and in writing with outstanding presentation skills pivotal to this role is an ability to build relationships with C-suite
