Amazon Marketplace Web Service (Amazon MWS) is an integrated Web service API that helps Amazon sellers to programmatically exchange data on listings, orders, payments, reports, and more.
XML data integration with Amazon enables higher levels of selling automation, which helps sellers grow their business.
The Technical Engagement Manager will help identifying areas for operational improvement, driving changes to improve the customer experience and will be directly involved with many internal teams and external customer to achieve new challenges.
Main responsibilities :
Work on identifying and solving technical problems
Support sellers using MWS APIs
Support integrators using MWS APIs

Knowledge of XML
Knowledge of Object Oriented design, Coding and Web Services
Problem solving ability
Written and spoken communications skills in Portuguese and English

Excellent team player capable of learning and sharing knowledge in a global team environment
Works well in a fast-moving team environment and is able to juggle many tasks and projects
Knowledgeable with SQL, and programming languages like Java
eCommerce or startup background
Familiarity with web services and APIs
Proficiency with data and use of Excel (advanced)
