Senior Recruitment & Employee Relation Specialist

Main Duties & Responsibilites

  • Responsible for recruitment and selection of personnel including negotiations and agreements of contractual conditions.
  • Employment of staff, personnel support and consulting.
  • Lead employee appraisals in the case of performance and behavioral problems including the documentation and proposal of corrective measures as well as introduction and monitoring.
  • Development of relevant HR processes.
  • Give notices of termination of employment in consultation of superiors in consideration of legal, collective agreements and in employment contract agreed determinations.
  • Consulting of superiors in all personnel issues.
  • Organization of and participation in job fairs.
  • Implementation of measures for personnel layoffs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Business Administration with main focus on Human Resources.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Language Skills English : Advanced
