Senior Recruitment & Employee Relation Specialist
Main Duties & Responsibilites
Responsible for recruitment and selection of personnel including negotiations and agreements of contractual conditions.
Employment of staff, personnel support and consulting.
Lead employee appraisals in the case of performance and behavioral problems including the documentation and proposal of corrective measures as well as introduction and monitoring.
Development of relevant HR processes.
Give notices of termination of employment in consultation of superiors in consideration of legal, collective agreements and in employment contract agreed determinations.
Consulting of superiors in all personnel issues.
Organization of and participation in job fairs.
Implementation of measures for personnel layoffs.
Other duties as assigned.
Completed degree in Business Administration with main focus on Human Resources.
At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience
Language Skills English : Advanced
