We’re tasked with developing, implementing, communicating and administering sales commission or incentive programs, plans, policies and quotas.
We also analyze sales performance results, prepare commission expense reports and provide presentations and recommendations for sales or finance management.
The ISG Center of Competence is looking for a PLM to be responsible for Commodity Management to join our team in Brasil. The Commodity PLM role will be a key component in shaping how the Dell ISG Server and HCI business will continuously improve its supply chain management.
The candidate will partner with D&S, Demand Planning and Product Management teams to build commodity demand plans that support segment P&L and market needs.
It is expected the development of a methodology to analyze the market trends, the customer needs and the optimal range / group of commodities as a recommendation for the portfolio management.
Managing new product transition to minimize supply shortages and E&O.
