We are looking for a person that is self-learner and insists on operational highest standards. In this role, the Marketing Programs Specialist will support the LATAM team operating critical Marketing related processes like standardizing reporting of activities and goals, managing budget usage, sponsorship and vendor contracts.

This person will also support the marketing team to meet goals in providing essential performance data analysis and reports from LATAM to the Marketing management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly or monthly Marketing performance analysis and reports : collecting related Marketing data from IT systems, conducting data analysis, and publishing reports to the team on time with no error
  • Continuously reinforce the correct usage of CRM tool of Marketing team; manage the data integrity of CRM tool by providing weekly usage reports to Marketing and Marketing managers, and following up with Marketing managers and individual sales to ensure the data integrity
  • Effectively manage marketing budget and provide analysis and report to improve Marketing ROI
  • Effectively manage the critical operational processes that affect the Marketing productivity and customer experience, like vendor contract management
  • 2 years of experience in data analytical roles in Finance, Marketing Operations, Market Planning, Management Consulting
  • 2 years of experience working with CRM tools, like Salesforce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Math, or related field
  • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products / services preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
  • Proven success managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast.
  • Marketing program background
  • Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial
  • Capable of providing correct data analyses under time pressure; Mastery of data analytical tools, e.g. Microsoft Excel, Tableau
