As an Associate Vice President, Cloud Sales for Latin America you will be responsible for leading regional teams of Account Executives selling different Cloud platforms across all of LATAM.
Your team of Account Executives will formulate and execute a sales strategy within an assigned region, drive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base, and develop new customers in the region.
They will work in partnership with the existing Account owners and will carry quota for Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud product sales.
Our Cloud Business Units sell into a diverse set of industries and is broken down into the following segments :
Emerging Business Unit :
Emerging Small Business (1 - 50 employees)
Small Medium Business (51 - 300 employees)
Commercial Business Unit :
Mid Market Commercial (301 - 1000 employees)
General Business Commercial (1001 - 2000 employees)
Enterprise Business Unit :
Enterprise Business (2001 + employees)
Role Description :
First Line Sales Leaders in our organization are Regional Sales Directors and Regional Vice Presidents.
As a Sales Leader you will be managing and developing a team of Account Executives and First & Second Line Sales Leaders throughout Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico.
You will participate in and lead client and prospect meetings as well as work cross-functionally with stakeholders and corporate resources as required.
You will be responsible for ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new team members on sales process.
In this role you will report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.

Your Qualifications :
8+ yrs of sales leadership experience managing teams across LATAM with quota carrying sales people. In addition, a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
