SAP Business One is an ERP designed for small and medium enterprises! As an SAP Business One Support Intern you will work with colleagues worldwide in a multicultural environment, having the unique opportunity to develop technical and softskills.

What you’ll do :
Position title : SAP iXp Intern Business One Support Cloud
Location : São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul
In this role, you’ll :
You will help delight SAP partners and customers by analyzing and resolving known errors
You will solve issues using Case Documents / KBAs, solved Incidents and Messages, forums documentation or verifying Business Configuration / Fine Tuning entries or hardware parameters
You will share knowledge by creating KBAs, discussing solutions with colleagues, and participating in forums
You will learn a lot of technical and business topics through training sessions, mentoring, and e-Learning trainings
When needed, you will report errors to development teams
Learn, do, make mistakes, learn, do again.
Who you are :
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
You must be an undergraduate student in IT / Computer Science, Engineering or related areas (from the 2nd semester or to be graduated in approximately 24 months)
English : Advanced level is required (oral and written). You will be in contact with customers and colleagues globally via email, system and phone
Overall Linux and Windows administration
Nice to have :
Security and network knowledge.
Web server administration (e.g. Tomcat)
