Main responsibilities : Ensure an impeccable In Store execution for all business strategies defined by Consumer and Retail Marketing.
Make sure that all implementation guidelines are properly implemented quarterly. Strengthen networked business relationships with store managers for all retail environments.
Ensure and monitor the execution of 5P in all retail environments. Ensure the correct merchandising coverage and availability of point of sale material for all retail environments, the 5P's of Training Execution and monitoring mechanisms for CPs and third party agents, including ProC, in addition to monitoring the execution of the 5Ps in all retail environments on a regional basis.
Evaluate and identify execution opportunities by retail environments and by category, considering POP material coverage and coverage, recommendations for implementation guidelines, monitoring / recognition tools.
Report on competitive activities and punctuation card of executions. Provide input to engagement programs for broad-buyer retail environments : identifying execution opportunities to engage the buyer through marketing programs.
Basic Requirements : Full Higher Education 5+ years of experience in the Consumer Goods industry 1 year experience in People Management Intermediary English Office pack
