Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Marketing Manager is a position within the Personal Care Latin America organization and will be a critical partner in developing and executing key growth opportunities in Latin America for Cosmetic Ingredients.

This role will be responsible for developing a market strategy and product management in conjunction with the business leadership and collaborating with them to effectively position and communicate our portfolio value proposition to our customers in our key sectors across all relevant channels.


  • Develop cosmetic ingredients roadmap and strategy based on customer and market input.
  • Provide an in-depth understanding of the consumer, customer and market to provide insights and recommendations about trends and understand our positioning in the market relative to competition.
  • Be a strategic business partner / advisor to the sales team and provide assistance for all research efforts associated with the business.
  • Management of products category : Performance, rationalization and discontinuation.
  • Develop market presentations based on customer s briefing or proactive projects to support sales team.
  • Identify, prioritize and implement initiatives to marketing research activities.
  • Closely follow emerging technology, customer, partner and social trends and make recommendations for how products will leverage or fit into those emerging trends.
  • Follow-up on new and customized products developments attending weekly meetings with R&D, supply chain and global marketing, monitoring the progress of local projects and sales volume of released products.
  • Mapping market and product opportunities to support commercial decisions.
  • Organize regular training program to customers, sales and technical team.
  • Responsible to organize participation in technical seminars, exhibitions and general events.
  • Responsible for digitalization, website update and social media.
  • Perform a strong interaction with global marketing team.

  • Previous experience developing marketing strategies, product management, campaigns / platform development for Cosmetics and personal care industry related to ingredients B2B or finish products.
  • Ability to provide a high level of service to internal and external customers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to consult, partner and work effectively with others.
  • Knowledge of Cosmetics and Personal Care space including competitive landscape and key trends.
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Hands-on profile to develop trends presentations & projects using market intelligence agencies and tools for the cosmetics segment.

  • Bachelor degree level. Specialization in Marketing / Business.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in marketing or product management including expertise in the segment of Cosmetics and Personal care.
