about the role

The account associate responsabilities includes :

  • support account managers and sales clusters in Americas region to reach Revenue, Order, CSAT and AR objectives for assigned accounts
  • Owns and drives organic growth upselling and cross-functional activities, with solid customer engagement / relationship and account management team alignment
  • Supports contract renewal, repricing and project preparation activities to ensure standard QTB-model is executed.
  • proactively Escalate pending actions (quotes, orders, billing issues etc.) including KPI-management
  • Ensure compliance of sales activities in the Quote-to-Bill process
  • Acts as advisor to customers and account teams on QTB process matters
  • Engages with customer through face to face and / or remotely to support QTO process related requests
  • preparing and supporting customer for Service Delivery and Traking Tool (SRTOnline Quote Tool (OQT) usage (customer engagement trainings support compliance)
  • Owns customer specific instructions and guidelines (price book, process, customer labelling, BAN-usage etc.)
  • commercial inventory management
  • Responsible for regular reports for in charge customers
  • Skills Profile

  • Strong communication, prioritization and planning skills
  • Ability to understand clients’ requirements, needs and challenges
  • Proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Motiviation for business development and sales mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Basic financial knowledge, Commercial acumen and ability to understand basic legal concepts
  • Experience in use of excel, work and other CRM and ERP applications.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese. Spanish is desirable
