Role Description

  • Process accounts receivable invoices
  • Monitoring and resolution of customer queries
  • Process supplier invoices and dealing with all queries which arise
  • Credit control
  • Preparation of month end reports for Management
  • Processing of all bank transactions and weekly reconciliations
  • Process petty cash
  • Prepare year end for auditors
  • Other ad hoc reports and duties as requested
  • Requirements

  • Accounts Technician or hold a suitable Finance / Business third level qualification
  • Minimum 2 years accounts experience in a busy accounts function is essential
  • Available 5 days per week on a permanent basis
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • The ability to work well as part of a team and on their own initiative
  • Strong IT skills with proven application of MS Office 365 (Excel, Outlook and Word)
  • Experience of Big Red Book an advantage
  • Good time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
