As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will join our high performing TikTok monetization team and provide support to our sales team managing our internal management tools.
This role will work with cross-functional teams to find trends and proactively find solutions to improve processes.
What you will do
Work with other Sales Operations members to resolve sales support issues in a timely manner
Document data flows, standard campaign operating procedures, and project-related requirements Issues analysis to determine areas of improvement and identify bottlenecks in the sales process
Work with cross-functional teams and provide input on sales operations policies and procedures based on sales feedback and real practice
Foster and maintain strong working relationships with critical business partners (e.g. Revenue Recognition, Legal, Finance, etc.
expedite the review / approval process.
Work with the product manager of backend systems to identify opportunities for internal system improvement
related metrics and provide the sales analysis report
BA / BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or related field, MBA degree is a plus.
1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced technology company with knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and / or KPIs for mobile ads is preferred
Has technical proficiency in these systems is preferred
SalesForce, Insightly, Tableau, and other MS Office Suite program
CISA Certificate (Certified Information Systems Auditor) and Scrum Master certification is a plus
Advanced Excel and analytical experience
Data science and predictive modeling experience
Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly
Is a self-starter and has the ability to work independently
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
