As a Sales and Operations Specialist, you will ensure excellent experience across our commercial process and support the commercial team to improve our results, providing information that will be relevant to drive our Directors for a better decision.
You will be a critical team member contributing to our mission objective Have a full control and management a commercial strategy result!
You will build a commercials reports, provide studies and analysis by products, channel and markets while working hand-in-hand with our internal team and regional partners to ensure our strategy plan is operating at a peak performance! You will be a key contributor in a cross-functional team ensuring that we have a better productive, quality and the adequate offer for any region target.
You will provide support services to internal staff, regional managers, and external partners for a better commercials result.
You will also provide information for support a Marketing initiatives and decisions.
As a Sales and Operation Specialist you will support the commercial teams of our service in Brazil by assisting with and learning about the following :
Supporting the Regional Managers teams in day-to-day operations with a performance monitoring and opportunity identification.
Measure and assess performance of any aspect of a monthly recurring revenue and cost businesses, with use of metrics and KPIs, in order to define forecast.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports, perform analysis of forecasts, actual and variance.
Use analytics to improve business effectiveness and understand causality and drivers of success.
Build effective cross-functional relationships with colleagues from product, service, sales, engineering, legal, regulatory, tax and business management.
Working closely with customer care (Tiers 1, 2 and 3) and partners to identify top issues impacting the business. Perform data analysis to identify top issues for prioritization.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Marketing, and / or a related field.
Exceptional aptitude for creating structured quantitative and qualitative analysis to analyze business cases and their sensitivity through financial models.
Able to articulately present and debate recommendations with senior leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a particular passion for technology.
A collaborative mindset, sense of curiosity and desire for impact.
Ability to operate with a high degree of interpersonal flexibility and handle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure and meet goals / deadlines.
Analytical and solution focused tendencies. Ability to think creatively and to leverage data to make key decisions.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
