  • This is a one (1) year Talent Pipeline Program and the candidate / applicant must be able to complete the entire one-year program
  • Intern must be a recent university graduate

  • Contract, Legal & Compliance Intern provides support to PTC’s Legal Department. The duties include, but may not be limited to the following : working with PTC’s Contract Management System (CMS);
  • facilitating contracting in accordance with PTC’s Contracting Policy; updating databases for processing and tracking existing, new and renewed contracts;
  • generating reports for stakeholders; maintaining hardcopy and softcopy database files; collating and processing files for contracts, and other legal documents;
  • coordinating the execution of contracts; preparing standard agreements based on PTC templates; coordinating legalizations of documents with an external notary and working with other external vendors;
  • supporting new employees on CMS system.

    The Contract, Legal & Compliance Intern works cross-functionally with internal departments and external resources on contract matters and other legal issues to support Legal Department Operations and projects.

    The Contract, Legal & Compliance Intern supports adherence to relevant regulatory and compliance requirements and company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as appropriate.


  • Updates databases for specific processes within various internal systems.
  • Tracks updates, including existing, new and renewal contracts, and communicates status to stakeholders.
  • Processes agreements for signature within PTC’s CMS, as well as outside of the system (when required).
  • As requested by members of the Legal team or other internal stakeholders, generates reports from within the CMS.
  • Maintains, collates, and processes hardcopy and softcopy database files within the CMS.
  • Retrieves hard- and soft copies of contracts.
  • Coordinates the completion of contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Provides administrative support for the CMS and contracting activities, including but not limited to, updating vendor list and employee list, ensuring fully executed contracts are saved properly, and resolving contract defects / problems and system issues.
  • Supports new employees on the CMS system functionality.
  • Performs other administrative / support duties and special projects as required.
  • Prepares standard agreements based on PTC templates.
  • Works with external law firms and translation companies whenever needed.
  • Coordinates legalizations of documents with an external notary.
  • Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
  • Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
  • Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
  • Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
  • Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
  • Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the Internship.
  • Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
  • Preparing documents and updating records.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law
  • Intern must be a recent university graduate
  • Skills in English is a differential
  • This is a one (1) year Talent Pipeline Program and the candidate / applicant must be able to complete the entire one-year program
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Superb attention to details
  • Strong leadership skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent time management skills.
