  • Responsibilities1. Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities;2. Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct or agency clients;
  • 3. Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions with all clients;4. Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions;
  • 5. Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives;6. Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services;
  • 7. Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies;8. Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service;
  • 9. Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices.Qualifications1.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study;2. 5+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and / or online advertising experience;
  • 3. Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing;4. Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying;
  • 5. Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders;6. Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals;
  • 7. Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment;8. Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist;
  • 9. Excellent communication and presentation skills;10. A team player and collaborator;11. Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
