The Channels Loja Integrada Leader will be focused on : 1 Define the Strategy for the Loja Integrada Partners Program.2 Define the processes for the Loja Integrada Partners Program.

3 Be sure the Program is as scalable as possible.4 Ability to use tools (CRM - Hubspot, CRP - Intercom, Gsuite, etc) to scale processes.

5 Create and maintain good relationships with partners.6 Strong Business view aligned with the goals planned for the area.

7 Keep an open mind to new business opportunities.8 Identify, measure and develop new ways to improve the area revenue. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS .

Responsible for organize and oversee the following activities of the team : . Acquisition of new partners. Onboarding and certification of new partners.

Partners commission payments. Identify, prospect and find new reselling partners - You’ll fully work with B2B. Close deals between new Partners and Loja Integrada.

  • Analyze the performance of existing operations and identify areas for improvement. . Keep current leads, opportunities and wins up to date in our internal Hubspot CRM system.
  • Enhance partners performance with Loja Integrada. Keeps track of performance to match the goals.. Manage communication with Tech teams to identify new business possibilities and evolve the current opportunities.
  • EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Experience in Channels sales;
  • Experience in the eCommerce industry;
  • Ability to understand business needs, articulate trade-offs, and discuss solutions with the client and VTEX SMB teams;
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Organization and self-motivation to work in an environment with significant autonomy and flat hierarchy;
  • Strong capability to work in teams and an ability to learn and adapt quickly;
  • English and / or Spanish language is required;
  • Comfortable with the hard-work and objective oriented culture;
  • Comfortable with the use of CRM softwares (Hubspot, ideally);
  • Excellent interpersonal skills like on-board focus on finishing, deep respect for preparation, care about details, consistency, happiness, creativity, competitiveness, consistently overcome adversity, and team collaboration, which means endurance athletes skills for partnership roles.
  • WORK EXPERIENCE

  • BA / BS degree or similar college level education;
  • Understanding of digital ecosystem landscape and relationships;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in solutions partnership preferably in SaaS universe.
