  • Barchelor’s degree in computer science or others
  • 2-6 years of experience leading Agile projects
  • Passionate and interested in drivers of digital disruption both from a customer and organizational perspective
  • Demonstrated experience at driving Agile transformations from design to implementation (Agile transformation roadmap, Scaling Agile, operating models etc.)
  • Knowledgeable about technical engineering best practices (e.g., TDD, continuous integration, DevOps, etc.)
  • Expert at coaching on Agile topics in order to build highly performing teams and organizations
  • Intimately familiar with several lean / agile approaches : Scrum, Kanban, XP, LeSS, DaD, SAFe or others, and fluid in applying pragmatically the appropriate one to the context
  • Experience coaching and training individuals and teams in Agile concepts and practices
  • Active in the Agile community, publish papers, speak at conferences and contribute to Agile interest groups
  • Strong technical and non-technical influencing abilities
  • Strong, collaborative problem solver
  • You’ll join our Sao Paulo Office as part of McKinsey DnA (Digital andAnalytics). This group brings together the best of McKinsey’s digitalcapabilities to help our clients transform their businesses.

    As part of this group, you’ll join a global team working on bringing thelatest digital capabilities to organizations, transforming their culture ,their way of work or even creating new products and businesses.

    You’ll typically work on projects across all industries and will befully integrated with the rest of our global firm. You’ll work withcolleagues from across the firm and diverse capabilities such as designers,engineers, digital marketing analysts, business analysts, data scientists and dataengineers and conceive innovative products and businesses.

    You might also helpour clients better fit a fast paced changing world through our EnterpriseAgility approach for large scale transformations.

    You will leverage your strong communication skills to coach and mentorteams and leaders on a variety of topics, such as Agile values and principles,digital culture, product ownership, leadership, and Agile ways of work.

    On large-scale transformations, you’ll assess, plan, structure andimplement Enterprise Agility in a broad set of dimensions, such as strategy,structure, people, process and technology.

    Lastly, you willengage with consulting teams as a do-er to actively problem solve, createcontent, and facilitate training to best serve our clients.
