Job Requirements
The Role focus in deliver and ensure proper operations of the infrastructure platforms and the technical components to enable Business Application solutions to operate.
Also the role is responsible for design, develop, deploy, enable operations and care for further improvements of the Application platforms he is taking care off.
The job holder will manage a team of associates, across several locations, supplemented as needed by external resources, and will ensure adequate coordination and delivery of activities.
The scope of this activities is global, covering all the Business Application solutions. The strategy definition, architecture and identification of new technology solution is not in the scope of the job holder.
Key Responsibilities :
Primarily to manage, via the team, the technical delivery of Application platform or Infrastructure solutions. This includes :
As part of the role, the job holder has also to contribute in providing advice and expertise to Application teams on how to set up suitable infrastructure and platforms to support Business Applications.
Ensure that standards, procedures and rules are followed and promotes them for the area covered
Line manage associates and / or contractors based in several locations globally, develop associates and create team engagement as measured by Gallup score.

Work Experience
Master of Sciences degree or equivalent in engineering field / IT / computer sciences / Management
ITILand / or PMI certification
The job requires at least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or IT application project management or service delivery management.
Proven leadership and Influencing experience through interaction with key stakeholders
In-depth expertise in IT functional or technical area, preferably in Application Platform.
