The Four Seasons São Paulo is now open soon and we are looking for an experienced Reservations & Communication Supervisor.
This professional will join our pre-opening team supervising the reservations & communication department assuring efficient and consistent customer satisfaction.
Key Elements of the Job Supervise day-to-day performance of the Reservations & Communications agents; Conduct performance reviews and organizes future staff incentive programs;
In charge of scheduling the Reservations & Communications staff shifts; Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way;
Utilize a variety of computer systems to book guests requests at any venue of the hotel; Capture sales from in-coming reservations calls and coordinate details of each reservation.
Respond to enquiries about hotel products and services over the telephone, e-mail and the like. Answer telephone and e-mail inquiries in a timely manner by processing WRO, Preferred Partners, Internal and FIT reservations by building rapport and establish brand loyalty through reservations process that enables to determine guest’s needs and quote the appropriate room and rate as per requirements;
Run daily reports for department, operational departments, Sales & Marketing, General Manager, Assistant Manager and Revenue Management.
Ensure revenue is maximized by training Reservations & Communications agents on up-selling guest rooms and recommending hotel facilities;
Supervise non-guaranteed, waitlisted and cancelled reservations. In charge of keeping outstanding communication with all departments related to Special Requests and VIPs;
Assist high telephone volume and walk-in site inspections whenever needed; Supervise group rooming lists, introduction letters and all the operational group information;
Supervise employee complimentary and handle Friends & Family requests with guidance from Assistant Manager; Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-
workers and planning committee. Liaise with Sales and other departments as required.; Respond according to the crisis management plan to any hotel emergency or safety situation.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills Hospitality diploma; Previous employment experience in a similar position with other luxury Hotels;
Leadership experience is an added advantage; Knowledge in sales skills, guest service skills, professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills;
Advanced computer knowledge including but not limited to MS Office, Opera and HotSos; Ability to read, speak and write in Portuguese and English fluently.
