  • Execute the sales strategy for Brazil and ensure achievement of targets
  • Work in collaboration with the Brazil leadership team to formulate strategies and action plans to create value to our customers, the organization and address opportunities.
  • Engage with global teams to leverage companywide best practices and support
  • Drive team engagement and performance
  • Manage contingent workers supporting the sales operations
  • Work with sales leaders and global sales ops to define technology roadmaps for sales & marketing
  • Project management and other general activities to support success and teams
  • Qualifications

  • 9+ year sales experience; successful track record in an executive sales position in technology related segments
  • Proven ability to define sales strategy and execute it with excellence
  • Experience in managing sales teams, including field sales, inside sales as well as external sales teams
  • Strong strategic thinking, collaboration, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications in both Portuguese and English
  • Strong leader with proven ability to influence and build strong teams in matrix environments
  • Self-motivated, tenacious and high energy individual who brings can do’ attitude to work every day
