Execute the sales strategy for Brazil and ensure achievement of targets
Work in collaboration with the Brazil leadership team to formulate strategies and action plans to create value to our customers, the organization and address opportunities.
Engage with global teams to leverage companywide best practices and support
Drive team engagement and performance
Manage contingent workers supporting the sales operations
Work with sales leaders and global sales ops to define technology roadmaps for sales & marketing
Project management and other general activities to support success and teams
9+ year sales experience; successful track record in an executive sales position in technology related segments
Proven ability to define sales strategy and execute it with excellence
Experience in managing sales teams, including field sales, inside sales as well as external sales teams
Strong strategic thinking, collaboration, influencing and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communications in both Portuguese and English
Strong leader with proven ability to influence and build strong teams in matrix environments
Self-motivated, tenacious and high energy individual who brings can do’ attitude to work every day
