As the Product Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Product Marketing Managers and setting the go-to-market strategy across all of TikTok's ad solutions.
You will work with a cross-functional team to set the business plan and overall product strategy for the Brazilian market.
You will also partner closely with the country sales leader to develop the overall strategic direction and assess key gaps in our product offerings to communicate back to the product team.
You will use your experience and knowledge working with different digital advertising products to develop the strategy, bring together cross-functional stakeholders to execute on their plans, and align with senior product leadership around those plans.
You understand market trends, the competitive landscape, agency landscape, and have experience applying that knowledge to positively influence advertisers, agencies, and other cross functional partners.
Responsibilities : - Partner with the country Sales leader to align on sales strategy based on the product roadmap. - Work with your team to understand user pain points, formalize business requirements and prioritize must-have market solutions to influence the direction of product development.
You are instrumental in setting the go-to-market strategy for the country, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy.
QualificationsQualifications : - BA / BS degree or above.- 7+ years of product marketing or product management experience with digital ad products.
