Position based in Sao Paulo - Brazil
Scope : Manage the interface between Sales Go to Market organization withMotorola Regional Supply Chain organization for the Latin America LA Geo.
The scope of this interface is in activities related with Sales planning andall operations for Mobile Device supporting the process to receive a purchaseorder from a Customer, execute it in our factories and delivery at Customerfinal destination.
The focus of the job is to ensure a best in class operationto increase customer satisfaction and support Motorola leadership in marketshare in LA.
Main Responsibilities :
Manage the Latin America region demand process that includes to plan theshort term demand (0-6 Months) and long term demand (6-12 months).
Ensure thedemand is appropriated to achieve Motorola targets of units, revenue and grossmargin for Brazil. Manage cuts and bets in the demand as appropriate.
Coordinate the market intelligence such as : total market available, marketper price tier, share, competition and everything to support local teams andthe General Manager
Support the Latin America General Manager in all the planning, operations,execution and market intelligence subjects with the objective to ensureMotorola leadership in the region
Coordination of the SOP - Sales Operation Process for LA and also align anyrequirements for the Global SOP meeting;
Interface with Global planning organization to ensure LAl demand isfulfilled with the appropriate requirements and in the right timing.
Manage all the CPFR Cooperative Planning, Forecast and Replenishmentactivities with Motorola Customers, including Carriers and Retail.
Do the interface with the Countries Sales Directors and Operations Managersin all the activities related with Planning and Operations.
Manage all the execution process that includes all processes related withreceive purchase orders from customers, execution in Motorola Supply Chain,delivery the products to customers, administration of all the issues andmanage all the reports to control this operation
Manage the Order booking process that includes : receive the Purchase orderfrom a Customer (Carrier, Retail and internal), book it in our system andexecute it in our supply chain.
Manage all the communication and interface with Customers, Sales Key Accountand Supply chain in terms of order management and execution.
Be the interfacepoint between Sales and Supply chain organizations.
Ensure high delivery performance to all our customer to ensure high customersatisfaction and success of total operations
Create / manage all the necessary report to have control of all the stepsand processes related with planning and execution
Manage all type the issues related with Planning and execution of theoperation
Ensure continue processes improvements to best operate and improve CustomersSatisfaction. Coordination of projects of process improvements
Ensure the necessary leadership to manage the team and to manage all thefunctions and organizations that are involved in the operations to support allthe process and customers needs.
Position Requirements :
Education : Business Administration or Engineering. BS or BA degree. MBA orfurther specialization recommended
Languages : Fluent English, Spanish highly recommended
Specific : Telecom business knowledge, market knowledge, supply chainknowledge, capacity to work with numbers and reports,
o Experience of working in multinational companies
o Previous experience related with Customer relationship, supply chain andplanning activities
o Experience in Telecom industry is highly recommended but not mandatory
o At least 8 years experience in the subjects above
