The mission of Google’s Business Communications organization is to make collaboration and communication between users and businesses better, safer, and more impactful.
Through our innovative work, users can message businesses directly from Google Search, Google Maps, and Google Ads results, marketers can send more engaging mobile campaigns, and businesses can reliably show their name, logo, and calling reason when contacting a user.
Build and grow new channel partner relationships in Mexico, including evaluating and recruiting new partners, negotiating key commercial agreements, and driving joint business success.
Deepen relationships with current channel partners, influence their strategic direction and grow mindshare with their customer-facing teams.
Develop deep product expertise with an ability to collect and synthesize meaningful feedback to inform Google product roadmap strategy.
Own end-to-end relationships with partners and maintain C-level sponsors to lead and joint executive alignment, and overall leadership engagement.
Manage day-to-day relationships, including establishing an ongoing cadence of top partner communication and outreach, and addressing business and operational issues.
Help develop training materials, collateral and other programs to support partner success; Hold webinars, workshops, and trainings with top partners to help them succeed and reach their full potential.
Minimum qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience cultivating go-to-market channel(s) in Partner Management, Business Development, or Channel Sales.
Experience working with messaging channels, omnichannel platforms, or chat apps.
Ability to write and speak in English and Portuguese.
Preferred qualifications :
Experience managing sell-with and sell-through partnerships in both early stages of product development and mature product scaling.
Experience in partner development, with a demonstrated ability to achieve objectives and the ability to generate new business via sell-with / sell-through partnerships.
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple assignments simultaneously, driving projects to completion with minimal guidance and high attention to detail.
Understand complex sales processes, engaging a variety of stakeholders ranging from developers to sales to C-level executives.
