Responsibilities1. Responsible for running the entire business for TikTok Brazil and scale its operations2. Understand the vision of our company and our product, able to translate the vision into business strategy to acheive quantifiable goals (such as DAU, MAU, retention rate etc) and break them into execution plans3.
Have a deep understanding about the content ecosystem in Brazil, know how to lead the team to drive a diversified and safe content on platform so as to attract and retain users4.
Possess a great combination of creative marketing knowledge backed by strong background in product & data analytics5. Build a leadership team that takes joint accountability for organizational success and is committed to the success of one anotherQualifications1.
Bachelor's degree or above2. 10+ years of industrial experience in major tech or media companies in a role focused on content operations, marketing, or content partnerships3.
Strong business sense and deep insight in content product operations4. Understands Brazil content platforms and is familiar with different marketing channels including TV, magazines, network etc.
5. Experience for leading large-scale online / offline events would be a plus6. Leader experience with developing business and team from 0 to 1 would b a plus7.
Understands young Brazilian users' preference for contents8. Challenges self and the team to think out of the box. Is open-minded, and resilient when working under pressure.
