Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow.

Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis.

You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

With deep industry knowledge of marketing trends and individual client needs, you will brainstorm, develop and refine customized marketing plans and then deliver them to the Sales team in advance of client-facing meetings.

You will create solid strategic sales framework and lead consulting approach on Google's solutions for senior level audiences (C level mainly), collaborating with team members.

You will manage the strategy and drive the execution of annual partnership plans (JBPs) with agencies that optimize business for Google and build agency capabilities.

You will customize proposals, solutions and Google product features to client strategies, priorities, needs and situations (e.

g. campaign performance, client challenges, business trends, market situations). You will contribute strategically to the growth and direction of Google products and services.

You will have the capacity to work on a changing environment and handle multiple tasks at the same time.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms.

We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted advisor senior-level relationships (Media / Planning / Creatives) for generating and influencing future business opportunities to help accelerate agency transformation and the adoption of Google products and services.
  • Work close to agencies to help them accelerate the adoption of Google's data and tools in the strategic planning process.
  • Collaborate and consult with team members regarding the goal of customers advertising expenditures and accelerate transformations on advertisers digital spending.
  • Acquire and share deep knowledge of the industry / vertical, its market landscape, client products and key business issues that affect the client and industry.
  • Structure information about what seems to be working, summarize them continuously and share them with a global network of Industry Analysts to benefit Google’s customers globally.
  • Translate data into actionable and strategies for our agency partners.

    Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in agency, online advertising, or digital sales.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently and idiomatically.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Cross-functional understanding of the online media business, including display, mobile and video environments.
  • Established relationships and presence within the agency marketplace.
